My husband and I were driving through VA on our way to FL from NY. We noticed that our milage had gone over and we needed an oil change, and still had to get to FL that night. They were very … More quick to help us. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and nice, even the cashier who gave some advice for a safe trip home. We also needed new wipers (which we asked for) and a repair on our key fob which had stopped working (needed a new battery). The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgable on our make of car and fixed our fob and replaced our wipers without overcharging us or trying to sell us more expensive items than we needed. Fixed a missing brake light that would have gotten us a ticket, too! There were a few things that we will need to fix later, but nothing urgent, and they did not push unneeded items on us, were not overly salesy, and we got a 10% discount on the labor for being AAA members! They also helped with an extra small bulb that needed to be replaced. Quick friendly service that we were very thankful for and enabled us to get to FL safely that night! Less
